Are there any setup fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay per design. There are no monthly fees or setup charges.

What file formats do I get?

We provide the industry standard .DST file, plus .PES, .EXP, and a PDF proof sheet. If you need the source .EMB file, it is available in the Complex package or as an add-on.

Do you do vector art conversion?

Yes! If you need a high-res vector (SVG/EPS) instead of embroidery, we can do that for the same price as the Standard package.
