2. Service Description

PNGtoDST provides professional manual embroidery digitizing services. We convert digital image files provided by the user into machine-readable embroidery files (e.g., .DST, .PES).

• Our service is purely digital. No physical goods are shipped.
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on design complexity.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use the digitized files for personal or commercial embroidery production. This license does not include the right to resell the digitized file itself as a stock design.

4. User Content & Copyright

You represent that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any artwork you upload for digitizing. PNGtoDST reserves the right to refuse service for any content that violates intellectual property rights or contains offensive material.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe/Polar). Full payment is required before the commencement of any digitizing work. Prices are subject to change, but existing orders will not be affected.

6. Production Disclaimer

CRITICAL: We strongly recommend performing a test sew-out on scrap fabric before proceeding with final production. PNGtoDST is not responsible for ruined garments, machine damage, or loss of production time.

7. Revisions

We offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery if the file does not meet the technical specifications requested. Revisions that include adding new elements or changing the entire design may incur additional fees.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on PNGtoDST's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. PNGtoDST makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
