1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
At PNGtoDST, we are committed to your satisfaction. Because we provide digital services, we offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The digitized file has technical errors that our team cannot fix through revisions.
- The service was not delivered within the agreed maximum timeframe (48 hours).
- You simply changed your mind before our digitizers started working on your design.
3. Free Unlimited Revisions
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of our free revision policy. We offer unlimited technical revisions for 14 days after delivery to ensure the stitch-out is perfect.
Note: Revisions include adjustments to stitch density, pull compensation, pathing, and minor size adjustments. Significant changes to the original artwork may be considered a new order.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer a refund in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Incorrect artwork was uploaded by the user and the digitizing has already been completed.
- Production issues that occurred because a test sew-out was not performed by the user.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please send an email to ramazaneles86@gmail.com with your Order ID and a brief explanation of the issue. If the issue is related to the stitch quality, please include a photo of the test sew-out.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
